The entertainment behemoth that is Disney is set to take over the comic book franchise Marvel.
In a deal reported to be worth in excess of a cool £2.5billion YES BILLION pounds.
Diseney will ge the rights to over 3000 marvel characters including all the old favorites including spiderman, superman, the incredible Hulk and the ever popular X-men series.
The deal has been agreed in pricipal with the shareholders looking to get $30 per share, On which both parties agreed.
News of the deal sent Marvel shares soaring and saw disney shares dip slightly. But the deal seems to be a win win situation for both companies.
