Forever Living was established in 1978 by Rex Maughan on the goal of reaching financial freedom through good health. Rex has done that with the Forever Living Company. Today they are a multi-billion dollar company that does business in over 105 countries and has over 7.5 million independent distributors. Forever Living is the world's largest grower, manufacturer, and distributor of Aloe Vera and Aloe Vera based products.

They have a variety of products that are based on the Aloe Vera plant and Bee Hives. Here is a list of some of their product categories.

The company has implemented an appealing marketing plan with a generous compensation plan for its distributors. Before I get into the details of the compensation plan let me say that the support program of this company for their distributors seems to be terrific. That is very important if you, as a distributor, are going to be successful.

Now let's get to the compensation plan. Forever Living provides for a 43% profit to its distributors when they sell the products at suggested retail prices. In Addition there are retail bonuses of 5-18%. The team marketing or recruitment part of the compensation plan works this way. If you build a group of distributors then your group can qualify for volume sales bonuses of 3-13% and leadership bonuses of 2-6%.
