The price of 1 litre of unleadead fuel is to increase by 2p overnight.
The increase in fuel duty is the third in nine months, and considering the current economic climate the increases are expected to hit every body hard.
The total increase once the dreaded VAT man has taken his additional sums comes to 2.3p per litre. Considering we were all up in arms less than a year or so ago when the price of fuel rose above one pound it seems that we are much more likely to just take it lying down these days, increased tax poverty and gereral dowdyness is the order of the day. Roll on the real end of the recession.
