A report released last week suggests that the recession has finally hit rock bottom. Confidence amongst the business professional elite has risen, leading a report by the chartered accountants to say the only way is up.
The “index of business confidence” saw a rise to 4.8% as opposed to -28.2% the previous month.
The report concludes that economy is set to increase by 0.5% in the next three months of the year. This prediction may come as a shock to most , as unemployment is still on the rise, and many people are finding it hard to find employment even in this country. some of the worst hit areas are the seaside resorts which should unemployment drop as people vacated in good ol blighty this year to save on cash.
Still its a breath of fresh air in all the talk of monegeddon.
